The Cedar Works contains 19 open-ceiling studio spaces and 3 private offices available for artists, professional offices, and other creative uses.  Studio spaces range from 230 to 560 square feet.  Offices range from 200 to 240 square feet.  Cost averages $1.00/square foot/month for the open-ceiling studios and $1.60/square foot/month for the private offices.   The open-ceiling studios have overhead heaters, while the private offices have conventional heating and air-conditioning.  All utilities are included with exception to high-use, specialized equipment.

Each rental agreement allows for two primary users. A primary user is someone who is provided a key to the building and has full access to the building.  Any additional primary users will be an additional $50/month.
