The Cedar Works contains 19 open-ceiling artist studios and 3 private, professional offices. Studio spaces range from 230 to 560 square feet and offices range from 200 to 240 square feet. Cost averages $1.20/square foot/month for the studios and $1.80/square foot/month for the offices.   The open-ceiling studios have overhead heaters, while the private offices have conventional heating and air-conditioning.  All utilities are included with exception to high-use, specialized equipment.

Each rental agreement allows for two primary users. A primary user is someone who is provided a key to the building and has full access to the building.  Any additional primary users will be an additional $50/month.

All primary users will have access to:

• Common use utility sinks
• Discount on community meeting space rental
• The outdoor garden patio
